A heavily peated 2023 limited edition Islay malt that pushes Ardbeg's medicinal smoke into barbecue territory, layering PX treacle, dark berries and sweet glaze over soot, charred oak and savoury smoked meat. Big, oily and entertaining at 50.9% rather than elegant, with a long, hot, smouldering finish.
